For those anxiously waiting for a jailbreak on your 3.1.3 iPhone, Spirit has released a simple untethered jailbreak for all iDevices including the iPad!
“The untethered jailbreak works on activated iPhone OS devices running 3.1.2, 3.1.3, and 3.2, although iPad owners are warned that “all this is still sort of beta” and might require you to restore if things break.”

I tried this on my 3G S on 3.1.3, and it only took seconds.
WINDOWS 7 USERS: If you’re getting error code c0000005, apparently setting compatibility mode to Windows 98 or 95 allows Spirit to work.
